Sometimes, the stress of modern day living is enough to make you tear out your hair in frustration…

Stress and other mental ailments cause people to experience new personal problems – or aggravate present ones. It affects everyone so much, it can weaken your morale and even cause you to fail to realize your purpose. In his quest to help people deal with the aggravations of existence, author Aadeshnath reveals new ways and solutions with the release of his new book Journey to Infinity.

Journey to Infinity is a spiritual guide written to help readers deal with stress in the Western world. It is a creative attempt to find solutions to problems caused by stress and the general conditions in the society. It reveals not only fundamental differences between the ways of life in the East and the West, but it also shows that peace of mind is often missing in the fragmented society of the West – primarily due to the existence of distrust.

This book also takes a close look at the problems faced by people who lose their faith in society and offers solutions that will help them become vibrant contributors to their community once again.
